Feeling whole in all aspects of your life is just as important as finding meaning and living your purpose. For individuals it means addressing all those aspects of your life where you see holes and feel less than whole. For teams and organizations it means seeing where there are opportunities for growth and noticing where you are not functioning as a whole, identifying those areas, and working through them so the team operates as an effective, whole system. And living whole, working together wholly, takes work. It is a work that carries with it infinite return of investment and is passed down as a legacy that continues to give back, but it is work.

Doing the work is part of embracing a curious mindset and one that values continuous improvement. It is about noticing the friction, the the pain, the discomfort, and evaluating it for areas where growth and opportunity lie dormant. It is about wanting more for yourself and for your team. We work with people for most of our waking hours every day, every week and yet, most of the time we do not really know those we work with and some times we do not even like them. How do we connect with those whose pasts are so different, whose lives are only aligned through the thin veil of a company brand and a paycheck. How can we become more and in doing so catapult our company to levels that were never dreamed possible.

Does your team feel off? Like something is not right but you may or may not be able to really put your finger on it. Maybe you are having meetings where people are disengaged, or worse, pacifying each other with their words but betraying each other with their actions. Or, maybe you have a group of people who are working together but they are not really a team at all. Maybe you find it hard for anyone on the team to agree on anything and this is keeping you from making critical and timely decisions, hurting productivity and inhibiting the development of creative and innovative solutions for the organization. How do you know if we are right for your team?

  • We love helping teams that are newly formed or have gone through some serious changes and are in states of transition.

  • We are passionate about talking to whole organizations and making an impact across departments.

  • We are equally intimate in our small group sessions with teams where we can build connections with individual team members.

  • We are committed to providing high-level experiences that even smaller organizations can afford. Everyone deserves the opportunity to function better and to develop their people.

Ultimately, we want to help you function better together and we will do whatever it takes to help you get there.

  • We provide one on one coaching for further individualized development.

  • We include follow-up sessions after our workshops to identify gains and gaps and continue to work with you address those.

  • We use videos, materials, tools, and games to give people a multi-sensory experience.

  • We leave people with resources and materials to reinforce and deepen the learning.

WHOLEWORX is all about "whole" people development. We operate a judgement-free zone in our training, workshops, and events, fostering curiosity and connection.
