GROW THROUGH CONFLICT

FACT: We struggle to get along and conflict is inevitable but we can use conflict as a bridge to better understanding rather than a breakdown of communication. First, we can shift our perspective. Abandon the right vs. wrong binary and accept that every situation can yield different yet equally valid perspectives backed by deeply held beliefs and values.
